Please note that registration is more user-friendly on a computer as opposed to a phone.

You are not fully registered until you receive a confirmation email.

If this is the first season you have registered, you must create a new username and password. In addition, student ID # is required as part of the process.

Physical Information:

SPRING: [Sports begin: HS 3/11/24; MS 3/18/24]

NHS Sport Physicals: Friday March 8th 1:30PM to 3:30PM

NMS Sports Physicals: Wednesday, March 13th 2:45PM to 4:45PM

SUMMER Physicals (in prep for Fall 2024):

NHS Sport Physicals: Wednesday, May 29th 1:30PM to 3:30PM

NMS Sports Physicals: Friday June 7th 2:45PM to 4:45PM

Parents/guardians should email the School Nurse at cucker@nyackschools.org OR leave a VM at 845-353-7140 to check if their student(s)'s current physical on file is valid for the Fall Season and/or to put them on the list for Sports Physical. A VALID sports physical for the FALL Sports season for HS should be dated on or after 8/1/2022.

Athletes must have current sports qualifying physical exam on file in the Activities Office. Physicals are good for 1 year.
